Accelerated Training Program
ACRO DANCE TECHNIQUE CLASSES
ELITE TECHNICAL TRAINING CLASSES FOR EXPERIENCED ACRO DANCERS, GYMNASTS, CHEERLEADERS, FIGURE SKATERS AND OTHER MOVEMENT ARTISTS WANTING TO TAKE THEIR TRAINING TO THE NEXT LEVEL
[AGE 6-17]

Must have Acro Dance, Gymnastics or related experience. Level evaluation or
coaches referral is required to participate in the Accelerated Training Program.
ACCELERATED ACRO LEVELS​

Pre Junior
Acrobatic Arts Level 2-3 (Age 6+)
— Mondays 5-6:30pm (1.5hr)
— Thursdays 5:30-7pm (1.5hr )

Junior
Acrobatic Arts Level 4-5 (Age 7+)
— Mondays 5-6:30pm (1.5hr)
​
Intermediate
Acrobatic Arts Level 6-8 (Age 8+)
— Monday 7:30-9pm (1.5hr)
— Wednesdays 7-9pm (2hr)

Advanced
Acrobatic Arts Pre Pro 1-3 (Age 13+)
— Thursdays 7- 9 pm (2hr)
