Active Motion Programs

IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE WORLD OF ACRO DANCE, AND ENJOY EXPLORING WHAT THE BODY IS CAPABLE OF ACHIEVING; THIS IS THE PROGRAM FOR YOU!
 

ACTIVE MOTION IS FOR YOUNG ATHLETES INTERESTED IN LEARNING THE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS OF ACROBATICS AND DANCE.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Parent and Acro Tots

For early movers age 18–35 months ready to explore creative movement and basic fundamental motor skills. A parent or guardian is required to assist the child during each class. 

 

This 45-minute class is created for children to offer an introduction to basic acro dance movements such as rolls, hops, jumps, crawling, walking, running, balancing and climbing. Throughout your children will develop strength, flexibility, motor skills, sensory understanding and social skills through interaction with others. We are certified in Acrobatic Arts Preschool Program; at the end of the course, each child receives a certificate to reward their hard work.

 

By introducing activity at a young age, these children have a head start in building a foundation for life long health and wellness. Come explore the world of Acrobatic Dance using creative movement to navigate through the disciplines of Acro, Jazz, and Ballet!

AcroTrix

Learn how to flip around and balance upside down, while discovering creative ways to move your body. No experience required! Recommended for young athletes familiar with movement classes such as acro, dance, gymnastics, cheer, swimming, skating, and more!

If you are new to the world of Acro Dance, and enjoy exploring what your body is capable of achieving; this is the class for you!

AcroFIT

 

A new innovative approach to fitness for Teens and Adults. Class options for individuals with no acro or dance experience, and a Pre Professional option for athletes with experience looking for alternative ways to train without a big commitment.

AcroFIT will focus on components of strength, flexibility, and conditioning, utilizing a fusion of acrobatic dance & fitness techniques!

An accessible program with suitable class options for anyone interested in trying out a new unique approach to fitness through Acrobatic Dance.
 

Acro Dance Tots
