Train for the Circus!

Featuring Aerial Silks, Lyra (Hoop), Trapeze, Balancing, Partnering, Juggling, Poi and Hula Hoops!


Aerial and Circus classes will help you gain strength and flexibility in fun new ways. Using safe, effective methods, the program is taught with progressive levels. You will be amazed at how fast you'll be flying high and making beautiful shapes in the sky.

Jan-June 2024

Circus TRIX (Beginner)

** no experience required

Introduction to Circus & Aerial Arts: learn Aerial Silks & Lyra (Hoop), Juggling, Hula Hooping, & Poi

Junior (Age 6-12) 

— Thursdays 4:30pm - 5:30pm 

— Sundays 12pm - 1pm

Teen (Age 13+)

— Saturdays 12:30pm - 1:30pm

Accelerated Aerial Arts

Aerial Silks & Lyra training for athletes with 1-2 years experience or taking a second Aerial Arts class

JR/INT (Age 8+)

— Tuesdays 5pm - 6pm

INT/ADV (Age 8+)

— Sundays 1pm - 2pm
