An Unforgettable Birthday Experience!
ACRO Birthday Bash: 2 hrs $345
60 minutes Acro Coach led session
30 minutes Free time - stations and equipment set up with coach(es) on hand to assist
30 minutes time for food/cake/presents
Up to 10 participants (including birthday guest and siblings) - Additional $75 for 11-15 participants, + $15 per participant over 15 to a maximum of 20
AERIAL Party Package: 2 hrs $375
60 minutes Aerial Arts Coach led session
30 minutes food/cake/presents
30 minutes Free time in the Complex - stations and equipment set up with coach(es) on hand to assist
Up to 10 participants (including birthday guest and siblings) - Additional $75 for 11-15 participants, + $15 per participant over 15 to a maximum of 20

PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is due upon registration via Interac eTransfer to hello@velocitycomplex.ca
GST is added to all fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of a birthday rental requires written notice.
1) Cancellation of a birthday rental prior to two (2) weeks notice will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
2) Cancellation of a birthday rental two (2) weeks or less but more than 48 hours prior to the booking date will be charged 50% of the rental fee.
3) Cancellation with less than 48 hours prior to the booking date will not receive a refund
WAIVERS
All participants must complete a waiver prior to the start of the birthday party.

CLEANING POLICY
Birthday parent hosts are welcome to bring food and decorations. The host is responsible for all cleanup of food/decoration before the end of the booking. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to event to set up. You will be allowed 15 minutes after the party for cleanup. If there is damage to the equipment due to negligence or to the walls/equipment due to decorations, you will be charged for this damage.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Clothing Guidelines:
● Long hair should be tied up
● Wear tight fitting athletic clothing; ie bodysuit, leggings, tank top, tshirt
● Bare feet only
Participants should refrain from wearing the following:
● Jeans
● Jewelry; dangling earrings, necklaces, rings, watches, etc.
● Buttons, zippers or snaps
● Belts
● Hats
● Skirts or Dresses
● Ripped Clothing
