At Velocity Complex, the sky isn’t the limit—it’s your playground. Our Aerial & Circus Arts programming is the perfect blend of skill and creativity, turning ordinary movement into extraordinary artistry. Beginners start in our combo classes exploring aerial silks, hoop (lyra), and static trapeze, while also sampling ground-based circus skill like juggling, hula hoop, and poi.

T.O.T & Me (Age 1.5-3)

Caregiver participation required. Fun movement and play for toddlers and their caregivers. Enjoy activities, obstacle courses, and music together!
T.O.T Circus (Age 3-5)
Saturday 10:45-11:30am
Step right up and join the fun! This class introduces tots to the playful world of circus through juggling scarves, balancing, obstacle courses, aerial silks, hoop, trapeze and imaginative storytelling. Encourages creativity, coordination, and confidence.


TRIX Combo: Open Level
TRIX Combo classes blend Acro and Circus training, giving students the best of both worlds. Athletes learn tumbling, balances, and partner skills alongside aerial and ground circus arts like silks, hoop, and a variety of juggling props. Each class is tailored to each students age and ability, helping individuals grow strength, flexibility, coordination, and creative performance expression in a fun, supportive environment.

Circus TRIX: Open Level
A fun, skill-building class where students learn a mix of circus arts through creative movement on the ground and in the air! An introduction to aerial silks, hoop, and static trapeze, with juggling, hula hoops, and poi spinning. Perfect for kids who love to climb, spin, balance, and perform.

Accelerated TRIX Combo
Accelerated TRIX classes are for artistic athletes with prior experience in Acro, Circus, or related disciplines. These cross-over training classes advance skill development, and creative artistry. Students refine body awareness, strength, and performance quality while focusing on specialized disciplines.

Aerial Arts
Our Aerial Arts Series offers progressive training in silks and hoop (Lyra), starting with a combo introduction and advancing through leveled classes.Students build strength, flexibility, and body awareness while learning climbs, balances, transitions, and performance skills. Each level is designed to challenge athletes at their own pace, supporting safe progression, creativity, and artistry in the air.
Aerial Arts: Combo 1
An introductory class for new aerialists exploring both silks and hoop. Students learn foundational climbs, balances, and poses while building strength, flexibility, and confidence in the air.

Competitive Aerial Dance Team
Experienced aerial artists have the opportunity to join our Competitive Aerial Dance Team and perform in Aerial Silks or Hoop (Lyra).
Athletes train solo choreography with an assigned choreographer, preparing for competitions and community events. This program is for dedicated aerialists ready to bring their artistry, strength, and performance quality to the stage.

Audition & Placement Process
Placement by the program director is required to perform on the Competitive Aerial Dance Team. Interested athletes will participate in an evaluation where the director will assess strength, technique, flexibility, and artistry on aerial silks and/or hoop. Instructor recommendations and prior class progress will also be considered.
Athletes should be prepared to demonstrate clean execution of skills appropriate to their level, as well as the ability to learn and master set choreography.
** Extra costs will apply on fees for choreography, costuming, competitions, and possible travel expenses
