We offer classes for all levels — from Tots to Teens, beginners to advanced — along with specialty and supplementary classes for artistic athletes seeking cross-training or to expand their current training schedule. T.O.T Classes
(Toddlers On Top!)
Preschool Acro Dance and Circus Arts classes that introduce movement, balance, and coordination in a playful, structured setting.
T.O.T & Me (Age 1.5-3)
Saturday 10:00-10:45am
Caregiver participation required. Fun movement and play for toddlers and their caregivers. Enjoy activities, obstacle courses, and music together!
T.O.T Circus (Age 3-5)
Saturday 10:45-11:30am
Step right up and join the fun! This class introduces tots to the playful world of circus through juggling scarves, balancing, obstacle courses, aerial silks, hoop, trapeze and imaginative storytelling. Encourages creativity, coordination, and confidence.


TRIX Combo: Open Level
TRIX Combo classes blend Acro and Circus training, giving students the best of both worlds. Athletes learn tumbling, balances, and partner skills alongside aerial and ground circus arts like silks, hoop, and a variety of juggling props. Each class is tailored to each student's age and ability, helping individuals grow strength, flexibility, coordination, and creative performance expression in a fun, supportive environment.

Acro TRIX: Open Level
A fun, skill-building class to learn acrobatics and circus tricks. Students work on tumbling, balances, partner skills, and ground movement while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. Each level is designed to challenge athletes safely as they progress.

Accelerated TRIX Combo
Accelerated TRIX classes are for artistic athletes with prior experience in Acro, Dance, Circus, or related disciplines. These cross-over training classes advance skill development, and creative artistry. Students refine body awareness, strength, and performance quality while focusing on specialized disciplines.

Accelerated Training & Performance (ATP)
Ready to level up? Our ATP pathway is perfect for acrobats, aerialists, dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders, skaters, and other artistic athletes seeking structured progression, cross-training, and preparation for competitive or performance pathways.The Accelerated Training & Performance Series (ATP) is designed for athletes ready to push beyond recreational classes and commit to focused, elevated training.Our Acro Tech and XTRA Training specialty classes are designed to advance tumbling and balancing technique, along with overall strength, flexibility and performance skills, while developing the body awareness and discipline required for artistic athletes to unlock their full potential.
Acro Tech
Targeted, high-level ground acrobatic training for serious athletes ready to push limits, advance their technique, and train with intention. Athletes are placed in classes based on experience and skill level using the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus, with the option to participate in acro examinations. Head coach evaluation required.

XTRA Training
XTRA specialty training classes are designed to push experienced artistic athletes to their full potential. XTRA classes focus on targeted skill development, structured progressions, supplementary cross-training, personal strategies to fit individual needs and goals, and preparation for competitive or performance pathways. (Age 10+)

Competitive Acro Dance Team
Experienced Acro athletes training in the required ATP classes are eligible to join our Competitive Acro Dance Team.
Athletes learn group choreography during weekly lessons with their assigned coach/choreographer, preparing for competitions and community events.
This program is for dedicated acro dancers ready to bring their artistry, strength, and skill to the stage.

Collective Class Information
This unique performance ensemble combines acrobatics, dance, and contemporary circus arts to create innovative, one-of-a-kind shows.
Age 6+ / coach evaluation required
Bi-weekly group rehearsals scheduled on Fridays
** The Collective is a requirement for Competitive Acro Dance Team members
** Extra costs will apply on fees for choreography, costuming, competitions, and possible travel expenses

- Velocity Collective
- Focus: non-competitive performances at community events & showcases
- Styles: contemporary circus, acrobatics, dance and aerial arts, performance ensemble
- Experience: creative, collaborative environment that highlights individuality
- Best for: a unique experience different from traditional performance programs without pressure to compete
Additional Choreography & Placement Process
Placement by the program director is required to perform additional choreography on the Competitive Dance Team.
Athletes interested in solo, duet, or trio choreography will be evaluated by the artistic director, and chosen based on age, ability, experience, and commitment. The athlete will be assessed on their strength, technique, flexibility, and artistry in Acro Dance. Coach recommendations and prior class progress will also be considered.
Athletes should be prepared to demonstrate clean execution of skills appropriate to their level, as well as the ability to learn and master set choreography.
