IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE WORLD OF ACRO DANCE, AND ENJOY EXPLORING WHAT THE BODY IS CAPABLE OF ACHIEVING; THIS IS THE PROGRAM FOR YOU!
ACTIVE MOTION IS FOR KIDS AND TEENS INTERESTED
IN LEARNING THE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS OF
ACROBATICS AND DANCE.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
ACRODANCE MOTION [1.5hr]
Levels 1-3 (Age 6+)
A fun fusion of acrobatic dance and gymnastics foundations. Students move through the Acrobatics Arts syllabus while learning the fundamentals of jazz and ballet. They gain strength, balance, focus and confidence in a safe, inclusive, non competitive atmosphere.
Ideal for beginners, and a great cross training class to add for cheerleaders, gymnasts, dancers, skaters, and other movement artists who want to learn an art form that is beneficial in so many ways!

ACRO TRIX [1hr]
Level 1-5 (Age 8-14)
Learn to flip around and balance upside down, while discovering creative ways to move your body. Conditioning and mobility training followed by inversions, cartwheels, fun "party tricks" and more!
Cross training with Acro TRIX will improve strength, stability, and mobility, enhancing an athletes overall quality of performance.
Recommended for all pre-teens and teens interested in trying something new. Do it with your friends! No experience required.
