ACRO MOTION [1hr]
Primary - Lvl 3 (Age 6+)

A fun fusion of acrobatic dance and gymnastics foundations. Students move through the Acrobatics Arts syllabus. They gain strength, balance, focus and confidence in a safe, inclusive, non competitive atmosphere.
​
Ideal for beginners, and a great cross training class to add for cheerleaders, gymnasts, dancers, skaters, and other movement artists who want to learn an art form that is beneficial in so many ways!

ACRO TRIX [1.5hr]
Lvl 1-3

Gain mobility and strength while learning - safely!! - how to do fun tricks. Developing confidence by working on strength, balance and focus in a fun, safe, inclusive atmosphere. Blending acrobatics, gymnastics, and circus arts. Perfect for all genders; cross training at it's best for any athlete. No experience necessary

Dance for acrobats. Learn the fundamentals of ballet and jazz, steps used to move into and out and transitioning through skills. Develop poise, confidence and strength.
